Will COVID-19 accelerate marketing more sustainability?

2 big situations to be noticed here.

First, it passed more than 1 month of lockdown in India due to coronavirus pandemic. (recent situation)

Second, we were already facing a tough time in relation to financial capabilities to anyone. (habitual situation)

If the first situation is created by humans then the second also took its rare form due to human activities. This is The result of unprecedented changes in humans’ lifestyle and desires.

Now the big question is..

Already we were facing a recession in our market causing this already eaten up much business and now this pandemic started the second phase of market distortion then what will be the position of marketing and promotion activities and related segments? 

By the current situation, we cannot predict the actual situation. Thinnest size of newspapers every day I am seeing, there was the time when newspapers have come up in 2-3 portions and many pullouts.

This argument doesn’t stand up anymore. 

We’re currently in the middle of proving that when push comes to shove, we are highly capable of changing very quickly.

Even if it means doing things differently or losing parts of our lifestyle we thought were ‘essential’.

The situation will not be longer the same, it will change,  professionals have to think differently and act accordingly.  Marketing and promotions lifecycle is uncertain, it depends on how deeper was its impact on the audience.
